Morgan Torres is the Jim Adler of Real Estate! She'll get you the best deal for all your real estate needs! We had no clue of the home buying process of than you had to have 20k in your pocket before even considering a house. After one meeting with Morgan, we were immediately hopeful of buying a home! Even without the $20k! Morgan took time in getting to know exactly what we were looking for. She really knows her stuff and has built a great rapport with local businesses that gave us the best plan of action in becoming home owners! 10/10 highly recommend!

Morgan was very attentive to all of our needs and concerns with the sell of my parent’s home. She was quick to respond to all of our questions. With her expertise on the repairs that needed to be made, the inspection process went great. We listed the home and it was under contract in less than two weeks. The house sold the next month. I highly recommend Morgan. She truly values what is important to you and your family and she will work diligently to meet your real estate needs!

2 years go I reached out to Morgan for help to purchase a home. I was only 24 years old, single, and a first time home buyer in my family. I didn’t have any guidance and no one close to me could advise me on what steps to take. Before reaching out to Morgan I had reached out to several other realtors and all would tell me the same thing, I probably wouldn’t qualify because I was to young and I had a single income. But not Morgan, she said let’s do it and see what happens and if you’re not approved we can try again later. I was approved on my first try! Morgan walked me through very step, showed me multiple homes until we found the one and showed me the one multiple times until I was ready to say yes. To this day I reach out to Morgan to ask questions about my property or my taxes ect and she always answers. She has been amazing and a huge part of my home buying story, I plan to reach out to her again when I’m ready to move and I recommend her to all my friends and family.
